What’s nice about this is that two people can order dessert to be shared by all. Also, the prix fixe menu had many of the items on the regular menu so you really have a chance to sample the full scope of the cuisine.
with comfy booths and tables surrounded by photos of some favorite artists’ works. Our lunch began with herbed breads and flavored olive oil accompanied by wine, beer and a special cocktail of the day. For the main course, Linda had the hangar steak,Alan the lambburger,Rory Daniel Boulud’s grandmother’s ratatouille,
A sumptuous meal in a beautiful spot, served with attentive waiters who did not hover but were there when you wanted them. What could be better than a summer (or winter) lunch here? This is Middle Eastern cooking with flair. Boulud Sud is on the Upper West Side around the corner from Broadway at 20 West 64th Street.
